Leading with Heart and Purpose

"At the Rotary Club of Woodinville, we believe true community service creates lasting, sustainable change. Investing in youth is at the heart of everything we do, opening doors for the next generation to learn, grow, and thrive. As local leaders, neighbors, and friends, we strengthen our community through scholarships, food security programs, youth mentoring, and hands-on service while also supporting international health and environmental initiatives. Join us and discover why we say, "Having Fun Is Serious Business."

Rotary’s Founding Principles

The Four-Way Test is a simple framework that helps Rotarians make thoughtful, values-based decisions in work, service, and life.

  • 1 Is it the TRUTH?
  • 2 Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  • 3 Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
  • 4 Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
