Elaine reminded all to get ready for the Woodinville Winterfest 5K and 10K this Saturday, along with our WRC cookie decorating booth, hosted by Marilyn and Tany in the early evening. All Rotary elves are invited to join the festivities.
Our guest speaker today was Lynn Petzold, a former Rotary Exchange Student, who spoke about her experiences abroad, and how it impacted her career and life choices.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, Roy G. and Pat Ford led everyone in an exercise of gratitude this morning. It was an engaging and heartfelt time to share what we are thankful for with one another.
There is a common truth in our Rotary Club: we are all grateful to be part of a Rotary family with heart, a fun-loving spirit and a bit of rebellion, in a good way. President Paul invited members to share a recap of recent events, including the UW Bothell Rotaract “Tent & Talk Peace Project” at Camp Unity, Dale Fonk’s campaign experiences and special announcements.
A Fallen’s Soldiers Table was set by Cinthia Fernandez, and Veteran Jay Fiske spoke about the significance of each item. We honor all our veterans for their service and remember those who are no longer with us.
Past President Keith brought a special guest today, Georgia, who just joined the family yesterday. Adorable!
