The Muslim Association of Puget Sound (MAPS) invites you to meet your Muslim neighbors during Ramadan, break fast together and have dinner with us. We welcome you to share in a conversation about what it means to be neighbors and how we can strengthen our bonds of community, led by motivational speaker, community educator, and IOK Muslim Chaplain at UCLA, Ustadha Lobna Mulla.
“Whoever proclaims to believe in God and the day of judgement should be gracious to their neighbor, should be generous to their guests, and should spread good words among people or hold their tongue,” thus Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) enjoined Muslims to care for our neighbors and our community.
Join us for a Ramadan fast breaking dinner (Iftar) as we come together as one community to get to know each other and share in a conversation on how we can strengthen our bonds of community.
